### **通訊軟體 Zoom**

Zoom 是專業的線上會議軟體，老師能展示投影片，學員能以視訊、語音的方式參與課程。

### 課前準備

我們將透過視訊軟體 Zoom 進行課程，請先下載 PC/Mac 軟體或是手機 app：

請逐一確認下列步驟，確認您已經做好了上課前準備：

1. 下載並安裝 Zoom 的軟體或是手機 app
2. 申請帳號並登入 Zoom，可以使用 FB 或 Google 登入
3. 請確認您有穩定的 wifi，[您可以到這裡測試網路速度](https://www.speedtest.net/)，理想的網速為至少下載4Mbps/上傳1Mbps
4. 請確認您的揚聲器(喇叭)以及麥克風正常運作，用於課堂中聽講與發言

### 故障排除

如果影像或聲音出現問題，可以嘗試下列步驟以便排除故障：

1. 請確認您的麥克風和視訊鏡頭是否已接上並且正常運作中，欲確認影音設備運作正常，可點選視窗右上角的「設定」按鈕
2. 確保您的防火牆和瀏覽器不會阻擋 Zoom 的外掛程式。
