### 退費規定

您可以在課程第一堂課開始之 24 小時前退出課程並取得全額退款。課程第一堂課開始前的 24 小時內則不得退款。退款金額將儲存於「[我的錢包](https://www.mydearteacher.com/user/wallet)」，未來報名課程時可以進行折抵。

### 退還錢包餘額

您可以申請將錢包餘額退還成現金，您需提供匯款帳戶資料。您的錢包至少要有NTD300元以上的餘額才能進行退還申請，每筆申請將扣除NTD15元之手續費。申請手續約5-7個工作日，完成後您將收到通知信件。
